Technical support & customer application

Support customers in daily technical issues related to powder coating application.
Perform customer line audits, evaluate equipment conditions, and propose technical improvements to enhance productivity and coating quality.
Conduct on- site powder coating trials on customer production lines to optimize application processes.

Quality & process improvement

Analyze powder coating consumption and propose optimization solutions to improve efficiency and cost competitiveness.
Handle customer quality complaints through on- site inspection, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with factory and internal teams to improve product quality and application performance.

Training & coordination

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective technical and service support.
Provide technical training and application guidance to customers.

Fluent Chinese/English (speaking, listening, reading) – mandatory.
Experience in powder coating, paint, coating, or industrial manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Customer- facing, technical service, sales support, or application experience is a plus.
Background in engineering, chemical, materials, or related fields is preferred.
Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Expected salary range: 25 – 40 million VND (depending on experience)
Transportation: Company shuttle car for business trips.
Bonus: Quarterly sales bonus & KPI bonus.
Annual leave: 15 days/year.
Salary: Negotiable (competitive for Chinese/English- speaking technical profile).
