Technical Service Executive (Cement)

Technical consultant: Collaborate with sales team, R&D team, customers to develop and optimize concrete mix design tailored to specific customers’ requirements and local materials, new replacement material in the market. Technical consultation, adjustment admixture and support effective customers in batching plant, precast and mega projects, …
Site support: Supporting the sales team by conducting product sampling, demonstrations, and trial at lab and customer sites. Providing the technical knowledge needed to follow up on projects and specification.
Technical Support: Providing an expert technical support to customers, contractors and applicators directly at construction sites. Managing and resolving complex technical challenges in the field.
Customer complaint: Investigating customer problems, complaint and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
Technical training/knowledge:
- Organizing and conducting professional product, standards presentations, seminars, and hands- on training session for customer, applicators and internal teams
- Staying updated on local market trends, construction standards and competitor’s activities

Technical Competencies: Strong technical understanding of oncrete technology and admixture products.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales within concrete, admixture, cement, or construction materials industry.
Education Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry or related field) or equivalent technical background.
Skills & Ability:
· Ability to work independently and travel frequently across the country.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
