Technical & Line Support (Primary Focus)
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot flooring coating lines.
• Support product trials and new formulation testing from R&D.
• Conduct colour matching and sample preparation based on customer needs.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of flooring coatings, substrates, and

Trials & Process Optimization
• Document and report trial results.

• Organize daily technical tasks for the team.
• Ensure consistency and quality in colour matching work.
• Train team members on colour standards and application methods.
Customer Support
• Assist with onboarding of new customers.
• Respond to customer technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support Technical Sales during customer visits and trials.
Requirements
• Practical experience with flooring coating lines and coating technologies
(essential).

· Minimum of 5- years experience in the related field
· Computer literate
· Strong interpersonal skills; team player and independent worker
· Diploma or higher
· English speaking and writing
· Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organisational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem- solving skills are essential.
