Technical Specialist (SLL-Physical Tests)

- Provides assistance to the lab for new test updates, application or test method development.
- To support Technical Manager for factory audits and lab certification projects
- To handle the review of buyer manual protocols, methods and requirements and coordinates with related teams for any updates and changes
- To provide technical consultation, recommendation/solutions to clients and team members on any queries of Textile & Footwear testing process.
- Keeps the team abreast of updated standards and regulations
- To handle on checking lab capability, well filing & record the update doc of assigned buyer program (ex: Test request form, Manual, Price list, Report template, SOP,…)
- To work with global team for technical alignment and all related issues
- To arrange technical seminars and trainings to clients and team members whenever needed
- To work with the team in promoting new services to clients
- Handle to solve all client concern / request related to technical issues.

- Speaking and Written English is preferred.
- Graduated from Textile Engineering, Garment / Footwear technology, Mechanical / Material / Chemical Engineering or postgraduate. Related Technical position in TIC industry plus 5+ years technical experience.
- Knowledge in ISO 17025 lab quality management system and VILAS requirements
- Communication skills
- Knowledge in testing on textile / footwear / Toys products is highly preferred
