Technical staff - Polymer/Compounding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Subsidiary Material Improvement: Advanced material skill required. Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, MS support.
Extruder Work: Machine & Spec skill required. Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, MS support.
Mixing Work: Machine & Spec skill required. Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, MS support.
Improvement & Quality: Report improvement items, scrap rework/QC.
Material Handling: Material troubleshooting, QPC paperwork with genba check & countermeasure.
Calendar Work: Machine & Spec skill required. Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, MS support.
MCD (TEC & PPV): Negotiate with outside plants, new spec testing, IP/MP/standardization paperwork, genba check & reporting.
Documentation: Create YTVI rules based on test results/YS, update maintenance per YRC rule changes

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Language: Intermediate English.
Education: College/University degree in Chemistry or Polymer. Graduated from Tech University.
Experience: 1- 2 years in manufacturing/technical environment.
General: Honest, teamwork, research ability, presentation skill, willing to work in factory, good analysis.
