Technical Team Leader / Pattern Manager

Our Client in uniforms and sportswear business is looking candidate for a Technical Team Leader / Pattern Manager position:
Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence: Ensure absolute pattern accuracy, consistent grading, and high- quality sample construction to achieve a "Right- First- Time" (RFT) rate.
Timeline Management: Guarantee on- time sample delivery in accordance with international clients’ schedules.
Team Management: Lead and supervise the technical team.
Process Optimization: Drive sample approval rates, minimize technical errors, and optimize fabric consumption through strategic marker planning.
End- to- End Product Ownership: Oversee the entire process from conceptualization and proto- sampling to mass production readiness for uniforms and sportswear lines.
Reporting: Report directly to the Board of Management in Vietnam and the Overseas Director.
System Operation: Directly manage and operate pattern- making workflows on PAD and Gerber systems.

Job Requirements

Experience: 7–12 years in the garment technical industry, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) for direct collaboration with Sales teams and Overseas Directors.
Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, a problem- solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under high- pressure environments.
Software Proficiency: Expert- level command of both PAD and Gerber CAD systems.
