Technology Engineer (CNC Programmer)

Key responsibilities
- Support to design drawings for specify components, monitor the fabrication, assemble and test run for tools (cutter & fixtures) used in manufacturing and inspection gage.
- Continuous Improvement Processes
- Project management, leading project for First Articles.
- Working with purchasing team to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Develop innovative solution to engineering problem.
- Analysing of production- process and solving problem from root cause.
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by superior.
- Increasing productivity and minimize manufacturing cost.
- Reach & Development for Metal Cutting technology.
- CAD/CAM drawings and program all CNC machines.
- Provide technical support to Production Department
- Design, planning and developing production- process by analyzing product specification and parts drawings.
- Trial and acceptance for new machine & equipment.
- Recording and verifying Process Improvements
- Closed Production Order Variance, reasons for positive or negative manufacturing variances
- Support QMS manager in setting up and maintaining procedures of control documentation in Technical Department.
- Issue work instruction packages.

Competence Requirement
Background /qualification:
- University/ College degree in technical discipline, mechanical engineering
Experience:
- Experienced in mechanical machining environment. Experienced in High precision machining industry preferably.
- Minimum 3- year experience in manufacturing
Special skill:
- Self- started and able to excel in a fast- paced environment.
- Fair English in communication, writing, reading.
- Tooling selection and design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM with NX Unigraphics, CAD Solid Works 3D, Stimulations in Vericut and Cimco edit.
- Be able to use Microsoft office.
- Excellent in organization and communication skills
- Experience in product design, tooling, job card process
- Having knowledge of GD&T intermediate.
- Familiar with CNC machining processes and NC code: Siemens, Fanuc.
