Job Purpose
The Customer Consultant promote and drive sales of selected products by calling to customers on behalf of the pharmaceutical company.
Job responsibility
Customer engagement
• Manage and ensure all order and complain received both by phone, email and other systems are processed to their respective systems correctly, completely, quickly and in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Handle customer feedback, including reporting of adverse event to client Pharmacovigilance team using the agreed template and following the protocols/standards.
• Ensure the achievement of business target (Sales, Call, distribution, light detailing, build relationships and Collection) in the assigned territory through high standard of service and processes
• Collaborate with Call Center Agent when there’s an order for entry process
• Outbound calls (Proactive) – approaching & calling targeted customers on a scheduled basis to discuss the approved call script focusing on offering the products, reminding of their next inventory refill, providing program updates etc.
Administrative work
• Safe keeping of customer information.
• Data validation and entry into the system (if needed)
• Monitor customer, updating status into the system
• Internal Report generation – daily tracker, call summary
