Position: TelemarketerWorking hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh CityResponsibilities:- The main responsibility is to contact top- level executives of the largest companies in Asia through outbound calls and discuss the details of the awards being organised.- Research and identify the appropriate contact person for each company using their website and other relevant platforms.- Persuade/encourage senior executives to register and attend by discussing thoroughly the value of participating in the given event.- Consistently perform daily outbound calls and other communication methods to connect with executives.- Achieve and exceed assigned daily target and overall project target.- Maintain accurate records of communications and follow- up actions.Perks/Benefits:- Basic salary of VND 8,000,000- VND 9,500,000 (guaranteed increase upon regularisation)- At least VND 2,300,000 incentive for each paying winner acquired.- Fixed weekends off- Fixed working hours (8:30 am- 5:30 pm). Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Must be willing to work in Ho Chi Minh City
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to engage effectively with C- level executives.
- Willingness to make outbound calls on a daily basis to meet targets.
- Hardworking, motivated, and dedicated to achieving goals.

You will be eligible for a performance bonus based on your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
