Test EPM (Test Technology Department PM )

Position Overview
The Test Project Assistant supports the Test Technology Department in managing NPI(New Product Introduction) test activities for Customer programs. This role works closely with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate data flow, and effective progress tracking throughout the NPI phase.
Key Responsibilities
Test Project Assistant (1–3 Years Experience)

Assist with project data tracking, reporting, and internal communication across departments.
Support project meetings with Customer by preparing meeting minutes and maintaining up- to- date project status reports.
Assist in preparing test plans for Customer programs, including materials, fixtures, and production line scheduling, and track execution progress.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Quality, etc.) to support issue tracking and drive closure of testing- related issues.
Support the interface with Customer during the NPI phase and assist in managing design review data windows to ensure test requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
Maintain and archive Customer test documentation and support project retrospective reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

PMP certification is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills; able to work effectively in a fast- paced manufacturing environment.
English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication (TOEIC 700+ or IELTS 5.5+).
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
1+ year of experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in smartphone or electronic components industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering disciplines (Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, etc.).
Experience supporting projects for international customers is a plus.
