Test Manager

Testing domain:

Establish quality assurance process, quality control to ensure quality in projects.
Have advance testing skill such as test plan, quality plan, guideline, process
Evaluate and analysis business, quality for assigned projects.

Good understand about automation to increase productivity.
Establish testing process, Proactive in quality control.

Management:

Develop staffing plan, coordinate resource, evaluate performance employees.
Organize regular and advance training, knowledge testing domain.
Perform quality measurement (monitoring, reporting, evaluating).
Participate development process.
Good risk management.
Coaching and build test team.

More than 5 years’ experience with testing management.
Knowledge and experience in Test Management and Defect Management tool.
Knowledge of quality concepts in testing.
Good understanding of testing processes and concepts.
