Test Manager (Automotive)

Plan and implement project activities from initiation to closure.
Monitor and track deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
Build, manage, and support Scrum teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Present progress updates, issues, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
Develop project schedules and maintain detailed project timelines.
Manage project budget and costs effectively.
Support, guide, and direct team members to achieve successful outcomes.
Allocate project resources and ensure optimal utilization.
Implement and manage necessary changes to meet project deliverables.
Evaluate project results and provide assessments upon completion.
Lead quality assurance activities to ensure deliverable quality.
Work closely with customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Break down project tasks and determine required resources.

Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and other relevant project management or QA tools.
At least 3 years of experience working with Japanese clients, including experience in automotive projects.
Project Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management processes and workflows when working with Japanese clients.
Problem- Solving: Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, with a high focus on product quality.
Development Lifecycle: Hands- on experience across multiple stages of the software development lifecycle.
Testing Skills: Strong experience in test design, test case creation, and test execution.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager in software testing projects.
Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver documentation, reports, and presentations effectively.
Language Requirements:
+ English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650+.
+ Japanese proficiency at N3 level or above;
Certifications (Preferred): PMP or PMI ACP certification is an advantage.
