RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is responsible for
• Establish team goals, KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement in the team’s performance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on test strategies.
• Ensure the testing strategy encompasses both manual and automated testing approaches
• Define testing scopes, schedules, and priorities based on project requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Manage, mentor, and lead a testing team of 20- 50+ members, including manual testers, automation testers, and QA engineers.
