Test Manager

The position is responsible for

Define testing scopes, schedules, and priorities based on project requirements and deadlines.
Establish team goals, KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement in the team’s performance.
Manage, mentor, and lead a testing team of 20- 50+ members, including manual testers, automation testers, and QA engineers.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on test strategies.
Ensure the testing strategy encompasses both manual and automated testing approaches.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Analyze defects, identify root cause and define action to troubleshoot defects and avoid encountering defects again.
Has experience working with big tem size (20+ member)
Has experience working with Japanese Customer is a bonus point
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
Experience with SQL database system such as, MySQL, SQL Server.
Define test strategy, scope of work & template/checklist… for projects
Has experience proposal testing service (performance, automation, security,….
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
