Daily Operations
(No shuttle bus service)
What You’ll Do
Location: VSIP 2 Industrial Park, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
- Monitor inbound/outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet KPIs
- Coordinate with teams to execute operation plans effectively
- Report and resolve operational issues
- Train and guide employees on SOPs and job standards
Project Development
- Support new project setups and process standardization
- Review and resolve non- conformities
- Drive improvement initiatives for efficiency
Manpower Management
- Ensure staff compliance with work instructions
- Update training content and deliver training sessions
- Update processes based on customer requirements

** Working time: 5.5 days/week

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Team management experience
- 2–3 years in demand planning or DC operations (3PL preferred)
Skills:
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good English communication
- WMS/TMS/OMS knowledge
Other: Lives near warehouse or willing to relocate
