* Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and official letters
* Manage confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record- keeping systems
* Handle guest or partner inquiries directed to the General Manager in a professional manner
* Monitor deadlines, track key tasks, and ensure priorities are aligned with the resort’s operational goals
* Assist in preparing operational reports, budgets, and performance summaries
* Act as the key communication link between the General Manager and all department heads
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager
*Other tasks from management
* Support project coordination across departments to ensure timely execution of initiatives
* Provide full administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Organize and document meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly self- motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.
Exceptional planning, organization and execution skills- able to manage complex projects and thrive on solving logistical challenges.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
02 years experience in an administrative role supporting the hotel management.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and trust.
