Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Office Secretary to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare sales & KPI reports; analyze data and create charts/presentations under supervision of Sales & Marketing Manager.
Perform sales administration tasks: quotations, contracts, meeting minutes, sales kits; support Marketing & Sales activities (Promotions, Training, Fairs, Business trips, etc.).
Participate in ERP, CRM, Website projects and Marketing & Communication activities depending on capability.
Support consulting and respond to customer inquiries/complaints related to products and order status in Chinese.
Collect orders from customers and Sales team; follow up order status internally and with customers.
Prepare weekly sales forecast reports for Planning Team; input and track data on ERP system
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience with ERP, CRM systems and order- to- delivery supply chain process is a plus.
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Admin, Sales Operation, Customer Service or related roles.
College/University degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related majors.
Chinese or English communication is required (speaking & writing).
Proficient in MS Office, reporting skills and modern communication tools.
Careful, responsible, hard- working, service- minded and able to work under pressure.
