What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
About UsXPERC is a tech company building XCORP, a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage their most important operations. Our software includes modules for Project Management, Goal Management (OKRs), AI Agents, and Automation Workflows. We are looking for a passionate intern to join our product team and help us grow.
Job SummaryBased on our team&039;s needs, we are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) Intern who can support the product team in improving the XCORP platform. You will learn how to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements for our design and development teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands- on experience in the software development lifecycle, focusing on skills we value most.

Collaborate: Work closely with the Product Manager, UI/UX designers, and developers to ensure features are aligned with business needs. Effective communication is key to navigating project complexity.
Gather & Analyze Requirements: Assist senior BAs in collecting and analyzing requirements for new features across our product modules (Workflows, OKRs, Chat, etc.).
Assist in Testing: Help test new features to ensure they meet the documented requirements and deliver a great user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and feature descriptions. This is a core skill we measure and value highly.
Support Daily Tasks: Provide general support to the product team as needed.Internship period: 6 months

What We Are Looking For (Core Skills)

Excellent Communication: You need to clearly articulate ideas and requirements to different stakeholders.
Good written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Detail- Oriented & Organized: A strong ability in documentation is essential.Eager to Learn: A proactive mindset to learn about our business domain, technical aspects, and UI/UX principles.
Final- year student or recent graduate in Business Information Systems, IT, Economics, or a related field.
Strong Critical & Logical Thinking: This is the most critical skill for success on our team. You must be able to analyze problems logically and think critically about solutions.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, Scrum).
Experience with tools like Figma or other prototyping software.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
