Thực tập sinh F&B - F&B Intern

Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Retrieve and return supplies from the storeroom following inventory and requisition protocols.
Handle minor guest complaints when possible, or escalate them promptly to supervisors
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Handle the collection and delivery of restaurant linen and laundry in accordance with hotel procedures.
Develop thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list, and wine list to support the service team and respond to guest inquiries when appropriate.
Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to supervisors to ensure the restaurant remains in excellent condition.
Perform all mise- en- place duties and responsibilities accurately and on time, according to established standards and instructions.
Assist in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards by participating in front- of- house and back- of- house cleaning tasks as directed.
Assist in delivering food and beverage service in line with the standard service sequence and hotel protocols.

Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Possesses good communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Currently a student or a recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Service Management.
Passionate about the service industry and eager to build a career in the Food & Beverage sector.

Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca).
Đào tạo: Được đào tạo chuyên môn trong môi trường khách sạn chuyên nghiệp. Giấy chứng nhận hoàn thành thực tập sau khi kết thúc chương trình.
Phụ cấp & hỗ trợ: Trợ cấp thực tập, bữa ăn trong ca làm việc, thẻ gửi xe miễn phí tại hầm xe TTTM, đồng phục, Locker cá nhân riêng biệt, …
Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.
