Payable Accountant

Record bank transactions into Misa accounting software and make an AP Aging report weekly.
Connect with banks for issues.
Create payment orders on the internet banking weekly.
Check payment requests weekly, make sure it follows company policy and VAS.

Receivable Accountant

Prepare and submit tax declarations VAT quarterly.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts for monthly closing.
Record bank transactions into Misa accounting software and make an AR Aging report.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.​
Work with an Auditor annual.
Support and coordinate with the Sales team.
Prepare for Billing statements monthly and send them to customers. Keep contact with customers until getting their confirmation and issue the invoice on time.
Storage all accounting documents carefully.
Contact with customers when needed or other tasks as required.

Thu nhập: Khoảng 3.000.000 dồng/ tháng
Địa điểm làm việc: 53 Nguyễn Cơ Thạch , Phường An Khánh, Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt nam.
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6
Điều kiện làm việc: Thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần (Off không bị trừ lương)

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Able to work well in a fast- paced environment and able to multi- task well.
Detail- focused and highly organized.
Honest and careful person and be willing to learn.
Excellent written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
Graduated from University or higher in Accounting, Finance..
