Purpose of the position:
This role ensures that the company’s rewards framework is competitive, performance- driven, and aligned with business strategy, while also supporting Talentnet’s positioning as a leading HR consulting firm.
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Talentnet’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Job Accountabilities:
Total Rewards Strategy & Design
• Design and manage compensation frameworks (salary structures, job architecture, job grading, pay progression).
• Oversee annual compensation cycles (merit review, bonus programs, and incentive schemes)
• Lead annual Total Rewards budget planning; manage vendor selection.
• Develop and continuously refine Total Rewards strategy aligned with business growth and talent strategy
• Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and internal equity analysis to ensure fair and competitive pay.
• Provide data- driven recommendations on pay actions (offers, promotions, pay adjustments) based on market data, internal equity, and business context
Market Benchmarking & Consulting Integration
• Act as internal subject matter expert on compensation trends, market movements, and reward governance
• Translate market intelligence into practical policy updates, compensation guidelines, and pay positioning strategy
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to align internal practices with external advisory expertise
• Leverage Talentnet’s survey data (e.g., Mercer / Talentnet surveys) to benchmark compensation
Performance & Reward Integration
• Design incentive programs for key roles (Commercial, Delivery, Leadership, ExCom, Start- ups)
• Align compensation and bonus schemes with performance management framework
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive pay- for- performance culture across the organization
HR Systems & Data Analytics
• Provide data- driven insights to support leadership decision- making
• Build dashboards and reports on total employee cost, productivity, workforce management, salary trends, and reward effectiveness
• Manage and optimize HRIS related to compensation and benefits
Governance of Outsourced HR Operations (Payroll, Benefits & HR Administration)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (BU/Function Heads, Managers, HRBP, IT, Data & Tech, Finance, Legal,) to resolve escalations and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Monitor service quality, accuracy, timelines, workflow adherence, and SLA performance.
• Oversee the outsourced HR Operations teams responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, claims, vendor payments, employment documentation, contract renewals, personal data updates, SHUI/PIT processing, statutory reports, and audit support.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team to achieve high performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
