Trade Marketing Executive (Pharma/Healthcare)

The primary purpose of this role is to implement and manage the off- trade and e- commerce channels development plan. The role must convert deep shopper and trade insights into a clear action plan that ensures winning of pharma products with retailers and channels, shopper engagement with smooth operation through promotion, visibility, activation across different types of points of purchase.
Perfect store & POSM implementation:
Lead Perfect stores Create Perfect Store contract template, get aligned with line manager, build process contract signing and follow up & make it happen on time.
POSM production & follow up installation with suppliers.
Develop POSM toolkit & display guideline, POSM adaptation, planogram get aligned and execute with Sales team.
Raise PR/PO and make payment for suppliers.
Audit
Support on briefing deck, agency bidding, monthly KPI Audit briefing & contract preparation
Raise PO and confirm liquidation.
Payment for customers, key accounts
Booking provision: estimate payment fee & send booking provision to CP team for CA (customer advantage) & A&P budget.
Send approval request payment and follow up with accountants for payment for DKSH/ADA
Prepare form for approval, check submitted document with excel files and get approval from approved committees with clear supported data tracking actual vs planning.
Promotion Gifts production & execution
Sourcing the effective gifts with requested from line manager to reach business objective.
Control A&P budget to make sure reality is in line with planning.
Do payment for suppliers.
Raise request from for samples as requested.
Raise PR/PO, confirm mockup and purchase gifts on time in full.
Deliver gifts and track the execution with allocated gifts by channels.
Report:
Make some reports like Gross sales performance, budget management or any commercial reports with guideline & request from line manager.
Retailer promotion execution.
Create internal memo and get approval to make promotion plans happen as alignment.
Plan & communicate and cooperate with KAM, and DKSH to execute promotion smoothly.
Business Information & Intelligence:
Contribute to develop business environment watch, distribution channels and customer trends monitoring, customers/consumer insights from the field to ensure Opella offer’s continuous alignment with market needs.
Develop expertise on various channels by active participation in sales activities and maintain close relationship with key customers.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Education & Experience
2- 3 years experiences
Bachelors in administration, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
Functional & Leadership Competencies
Understanding of data analysis and management
Agility and adaptability to work multitask.
Fluency in English, computer literacy
Excellent and effective communication, presentation, problem- solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
Comprehensive understanding of the retail and e- commerce landscape
