Trade Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support media content management for both brands during events
Handle inventory procedures related to POSM and assist with set- up at outlet locations
Process documents/contracts/minutes related to suppliers and outlets
Set up and execute video/photo shooting for all events (International Guest Shift, 1800 Crystal Nights, Day of the Dead, Sponsorships, etc.)

PERSONAL SPECS

Passion, outgoing, team oriented.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Handle multiple of tasks.
Be Confident in English writing & speaking.
Internship duration: 3 months (Full time).
Open for undergraduate student in Marketing/ Public Relation/ Events Management or relating major.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
