Trade Marketing Manager

Monitor in- market execution including POSM, sales activities, and competitor actions; provide improvement recommendations.
Lead strategic and business expansion projects (including “Fuel for Growth”).
Conduct regular business reviews, manage risks, and capture growth opportunities.
Manage budgets and cost control to ensure sustainable and profitable P&L.
Ensure compliance with claims processes, distributor agreements, and legal requirements.
Work closely with distributors and partners to develop sales plans, promotions, and category growth strategies while optimizing trade spend.
Drive and deliver country Purchase, Sell- in, and Sell- out targets.
Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and define action plans with partners.
Build a lean organization, develop team capabilities, and collaborate cross- functionally with internal teams.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good knowledge of trade marketing, promotions, and trade spend management.
Experience in business planning and P&L management is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with ability to use sales data for business decisions.
8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales/ Commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Strong experience working with distributors and managing Sell- in/Sell- out performance.
Proactive, results- driven, and able to work independently.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
