The Trade Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for planning and executing trade marketing activities across the Northern region, including new store openings, monthly promotions, in- store branding, events, and partnership campaigns. This role ensures strong brand visibility, consistent in- store execution, and impactful customer experiences while driving sales performance and brand growth.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & In- store Visibility
Coordinate with Creative and related teams to ensure timely and consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
Develop creative briefs for POSM, in- store materials, and digital content aligned with brand strategy.
Monitor and evaluate in- store branding execution to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Supervise event production and on- site execution to ensure quality, timeline, and brand consistency.
Manage timelines, budgets, and performance tracking of trade marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Agencies, and Vendors to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute trade marketing activities including new store openings, product launches, monthly promotions, and regional campaigns.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to align campaign objectives and maximize impact.
Support and execute brand partnership programs and co- marketing activities.
Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness (sales uplift, traffic, brand exposure).
Prepare reports and updates for Line Manager and stakeholders.
Provide post- campaign analysis and propose improvement actions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Event Management.
Experience in retail/FMCG/F&B chains is a strong advantage.
Strong project management and multitasking ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of brand management and trade marketing execution.
Strong content development and creative briefing skills.
Good analytical skills with data- driven mindset.
Solid experience in event planning and project coordination.
Passionate about retail and brand development.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and result- driven.
Adaptable in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
