ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a performance- driven Trade Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute revenue- focused marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including:
• B2B International
• E- commerce
• Experiences (Retail & Coffee Experiences)
• B2B Domestic (Retail & HORECA)
You will play a critical role in translating business targets into structured, measurable marketing actions that directly impact sales growth.
This role will oversee trade marketing planning, campaign execution, sell- out performance, and activation strategy while managing the Designer and Digital Content & Email Marketing Specialist.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Location
▪ Head Office: 236- 238 Nguyễn Công Trứ, Bến Thành Ward, Hồ Chí Minh City
Working Time:
▪ Working time: From 09.00 am to 06.00 pm – Monday to Friday
▪ Lunch time: From 12.00 pm to 01.00 pm – exclusive of working hours.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade & Campaign Planning
• Translate business goals into activation plans and execution timelines
• Design and implement cross- channel campaigns
• Develop quarterly and annual trade marketing plans aligned with revenue objectives
• Ensure marketing initiatives support product launches and expansion plans
Trade Activation & Retail Execution
• Support distributor programs and ensure alignment with sales objectives
• Develop trade promotion mechanics (bundles, seasonal campaigns, limited editions)
• Plan and execute in- store activations, sampling programs, and POSM rollout
• Monitor sell- out performance and adjust strategies accordingly
E- commerce & Digital Coordination
• Ensure campaign messaging consistency across retail and digital channels
• Track performance metrics and optimize based on data
• Collaborate with Digital Specialist to align online campaigns with trade strategy
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain budget discipline and cost efficiency
• Track campaign ROI and channel performance
Team Leadership
• Ensure timely asset delivery and quality execution
• Maintain structured workflow and accountability
• Directly manage Designer and Digital Content & Email Marketing Specialist
• Coordinate cross- functionally with Sales, Operations, and BD teams
REQUIREMENTS
• Familiarity with coffee industry or FMCG sector is a plus
• 3–5 years experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG, F&B, or Retail industry
• in Market Planning and Trade Marketing strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and market analysis software
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive business outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to create and implement structured campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

• Operational Excellence: Maintain an activation execution rate of 95% or higher.
• Digital Impact: Deliver quantifiable increases in e- commerce traffic and conversion rates.
• Project Precision: Ensure ≥ 98% on- time delivery for all creative and strategic assets.
• Revenue Growth: Drive ≥ 15% YoY sell- out growth across all domestic channels.
• Efficiency: Achieve a minimum Campaign ROI of 2.5x.
