Trade Program Executive (6- month Contract)
Function: Sub- function:Trade Marketing
PURPOSE OF POSTION:
This is a 6‑month temporary, execution‑focused role responsible for supporting the operational delivery of trade programs across Traditional Trade (TT) and On‑trade (ONT) channels
Key contacts:
Internal: Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Sales, E- Commerce, Procurement
External: Trade Program Agencies, Operations Partners
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade Program Execution
& Operations
Consolidate execution data (e.g. STR, display points, program outputs) for result calculation.
Set up and maintain trade programs on internal systems, ensuring consistency with approved mechanics.
Coordinate deployment of POCM, visibility materials, and sell‑out tools across TT & ONT outlets.
Support reward qualification and payout processing for qualified outlets via agencies.
Coordinate with agencies to execute market audits and collect execution evidence.
Handle trade program registration and administration with agencies, distributors, and internal functions.
Tracking & Reporting
Track execution progress, compliance, and operational KPIs by channel.
Flag execution gaps, delays, or inconsistencies and follow up with agencies or sales teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly execution updates for internal stakeholders.
Support basic post‑program reviews by consolidating execution data and learnings.
Cost Tracking & Administrative Support
Support monthly cost tracking to ensure spend remains within approved budget.
Assist with PR – PO – GRN processes, including:
- Rechecking payment requests and supporting documents
- Coordinating with agencies and internal finance teams to ensure timely payout
- Comparing actual cost vs planned budget
Others
Handle ad‑hoc operational tasks or short‑term projects as required during the contract period.
This role requires handling internal commercial and trade information. The hire is expected to comply strictly with company confidentiality and data handling policies.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Graduates from other disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Technology, Science) are welcome if they demonstrate strong interest and motivation to pursue a career in Marketing / Trade Marketing
• At least 1 year of commercial experience, preferred in FMCG.
• Exposure to TT and/or ONT channels is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of trade marketing, channel strategy, commercial planning or sales experience
Language:• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Computer:• Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
Knowledge / Skills:• Strong decision- making ability
• Strong ownership
• Proficient in stakeholder management
• Highly self- motivated
