Trading Coordinator

We are the Vietnam branch of a Korean company specializing in the import and distribution of chemical raw materials for footwear and related industries.
We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented candidate to join our team.

Coordinate import processes of chemical raw materials and manage supply to local factories in Vietnam.
Support documentation, customs clearance, and logistics operations.
Handle day- to- day email correspondence and reporting in English.
Communicate professionally in English with our Korean headquarters, shipping companies, and warehouses.
Assist with general sales and trading activities.
Communicate kindly and effectively in Vietnamese with local customers and partners.

Organized, responsible, and proactive in problem solving.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate politely and clearly.
Previous experience in trading, import/export, or logistics is preferred.
Knowledge of chemical materials or manufacturing supply chain is a plus.
Strong command of both English (for email and business communication) and Vietnamese (for customer relations).
