Learning & Development StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.Identify organizational capability gaps and translate them into structured training programs.Establish annual training plans, budgets, and ROI measurement frameworks.Program Design & DeliveryOversee the design of technical, leadership, compliance, and soft- skills training programs.Ensure blended learning approaches (classroom, on- the- job, digital, e- learning).Standardize training materials, curricula, and certification systems.Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead management and leadership development programs (supervisor to senior leadership).Partner with HR and business leaders on succession planning and high- potential development.Support onboarding and early- career development frameworks.Operations & Continuous ImprovementDrive performance improvement initiatives through skills and behavior change.Integrate LEAN, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies where applicable.Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as productivity, quality, retention, and engagement.Stakeholder & Cross- functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, HR, QA, Technical, and Production teams.Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce capability and readiness.Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and institutions.Team Leadership & GovernanceBuild, lead, and develop the training and L&D team.Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for trainers and facilitators.Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory training requirements.
