Training Executive (Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren)

The Training Executive is responsible for delivering training programs and monitoring post- training performance for store- level employees, specifically Sales Associates and Store Leaders. This role ensures that frontline teams are equipped with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and brand understanding to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding training, sales skills training, product knowledge sessions, and essential soft skills programs.
Ensure training content and delivery align with brand standards and business objectives.
Coordinate HR- related activities for assigned brands (Polo & Tommy) in alignment with business and operational needs.
Collaborate with the Talent Development team to implement competency- building initiatives and development projects.
Develop annual and monthly training plans, including needs analysis and training gap assessments.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on post- training performance and learning effectiveness.
Yêu cầu công việc
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
Basic competency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.).
Willingness to travel for store training and operational support.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a professional training delivery style.
Prior experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training, preferably within the retail industry.
