Training Strategy & Programs
- Develop training roadmaps for each position, from new hires to managerial levels.
- Build training frameworks and competency development plans aligned with business objectives.
- Design and update training materials and standard procedures (operations, customer service, compliance, management).
Training Implementation
- Deliver and manage onboarding, functional, soft skills, and leadership training programs.
- Apply e- learning and modern training methodologies.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training across the organization.
Evaluation & Improvement
- Conduct post- training evaluations and continuously improve programs.
- Collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps and propose training solutions.
- Establish criteria and tools to measure training effectiveness (KPI/ROI).
Team Management & Collaboration
- Develop and manage the internal trainer network.
- Coordinate with external training vendors when necessary.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and Business units to ensure training aligns with practical needs.
Compliance & Culture
- Ensure all training programs comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Foster a learning and continuous development culture across the company.
- Contribute to career path development and succession planning.
