• Training need analysis.
Conduct competency assessment combined with field observation to identify training needs for Market Development
• Develop training Plan:
Develop training plan based on Market Development program.
• Prepare training material.
Propose and implement a digital sales training application to become the reference tool for learning, training and individual assessment.
Develop and customize digital training materials, based on business context and training needs.
• Deliver training
Co- facilitate the program “Sales Professional” for Market Development to achieve training goals and plans.
• Field coaching after training.
Following and support line manager to implement coaching for staffs after training.
• Planning & budgeting the annual training program.
• Working with training vendors on the training program (if any).
• Keep training documents and templates up to date, as well as build- up training data source for tracking purpose.
• Evaluating the training programs included internal and external about quality, timing and cost efficiency.
• Preparing monthly training reports.
• Performing other relevant tasks as assigned (if any)
