Core Role and Purpose:
Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of effective training programs to achieve desired business results.
Drives company values and philosophy, ensuring all training and development activities are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
Partners with property leadership to identify and address employee and organizational development needs.
Training Program Management:
Conducts needs assessments, observes employee service behaviors, and provides feedback or coaching.
Works closely with training teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery methods.
Promotes and communicates all training initiatives to employees.
Ensures continuous training on customer expectations, brand culture, service excellence, and leadership skills.
Program Evaluation and Improvement:
Incorporates adult learning principles and continuously updates training content and methods.
Monitors training attendance, evaluates progress, and assesses learning transfer into operations.
Collaborates with department leaders to ensure employees demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills.
Reviews guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify service improvement opportunities.
Planning and Budgeting:
Participates in budget planning, manages training expenses, and optimizes resources.
Identifies skill gaps and implements programs to enhance service performance.
Aligns training plans with key business goals and performance indicators.

• Graduating from university and higher
• Having excellent presentation skill
• Being proficient in office informatics, Resort management software
• Having at least 04 years working experience as the same position in 3 – 5 stars Resort/ resort
• Having high team spirit
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
• Being fluent in English
• Mastering in hospitality activities
• Being good at managing
