- To make arrangement and organize recreational amenities for the staff such as Games & Sports, Cultural functions, staff party;
- Details will be discussed at the interview.
- Ensure regular training, goals and incentive programs are undertaken and all staff receives feedback on performance;
- Ensures employees are cross- trained to support successful daily operations;
- Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; supervise on- going training initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate;
- Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job;

• Level of Education: Bachelor
• Languages essential English
• Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
