Design content and images for internal communication and social media to promote activities related to building an excellent working environment.
Design and innovate all course: Develop & System.
Ensure the quality of skill training programs and onboarding training at the HSV and branches as required.
Design and directly conduct training programs for the HSV and branches asrequested.
Enhance the PDCA cycle for courses.
Develop and implement plans for activities to improve the working environment.
Plan and implement an internal broadcasting program.
Develop a process for surveying and assessing training needs.
Develop teaching materials for the HSV and branches as requested.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of training activities implementation by the team.
Establish training quality assessment.
Guide and provide advanced training to enhance the capabilities of responsible team members.
Build outlines, lecture content, and methods.
Survey and assess the need for improvements in the working environment at HSV andits branches upon request.
Plan annual training schedules and courses based on the training needs of the HSV andbranches as requested.
Report the results of GWP activities.
Coordinate with departments to implement activities related to building the working environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management,
Education Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent in the field of
training and workplace environment development.

• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).
