Training & Recuiment Position (Open To Fresh Staff)

Work location:
Lô CN1- 02B- 4- 8, Khu công nghiệp công nghệ cao I, Khu công nghệ cao Hòa Lạc, Xã Hòa Lạc, TP Hà Nội, Việt Nam
Training (60%)
• Operation of in- house organizational culture activities.
• Maintant all training course in the company.
Recruitment (30%)
• Building and developing recruitment of database.
• Making plan and conduct the recruitment activities
• Management and evaluation of renewal of labor contracts
Other tasks are requested by Manager (10%)

• Over 2 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)
• Living near the company is preferable.
• Graduate from university, prefer majors: Human Resources Management / Economics/ Foreign language or Law.
• Good communication skills, able to work under high pressure
• Deep knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
• Proficiency in English
• Strong in recruitment, training, searching, and networking
