Training Specialist - Japanese Language

Prepared new hires for obtaining and maintaining employment by training coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management and problem- solving skills to utilize in a professional setting.
Identifying and resolving quality issue, addressing root causes in order to build an appropriate action plan in order to maintain SOPs.
Trained and validated of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed.
Provide training for new hires to help them to be well- equipped with program knowledge & Soft- skills, preparing them for real life situations.
Support in doing Quality Tasks during off- peak season, including auditing, joining weekly & monthly calibrations, conducting coaching session in order to maintain agents&039; quality.

• Can adapt rotating shift working
• Having experience in Training/Teaching or any relevant role
• Proven experience in training methodologies, and soft skills (communication
skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
• Fluent in Japanese (N2/N1 certification)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
