• Implement business strategies based on comprehensive market insights, including competitor analysis, economic trends, and supply- demand dynamics.
• Communicate with clients to collect feedback and assess product and service quality for continuous improvement.
• Engage in discussions and negotiations regarding contract terms, ensuring successful contract execution with clients.
• Adhere to and enforce company standards and regulations to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop strategic market expansion initiatives for the hotel, including identifying new target customers and broadening the Travel Agency (TA) market beyond domestic partners.
• Execute the assigned business plan in alignment with company objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hotel customer segments, particularly in Travel Agencies (TA) and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).
• In- depth knowledge of both domestic and international hospitality and tourism markets.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, sales consulting, reporting, and problem- solving.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Real Estate, or a related field.
