CEO Assistant — Founder’s Office
You will work directly with the CEO on execution, coordination, and thinking support across fundraising, operations, and internal projects.
Location: Hanoi · Full- time · On- site
This is a serious role with real responsibility. It is not glamorous. It is not cushy. But it is formative.
This role is for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a real company is run, close to the founder, through actual work — not observation, not theory.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your job is to make the CEO more effective — and in the process, absorb how real companies are built.
Execution & Leverage
Follow up across teams and partners until things are done
Turn rough ideas into clear plans, docs, and trackers
Own small but critical projects end- to- end
Thinking & Judgment
Synthesize messy information into sharp summaries
Prepare briefs for investor meetings and key decisions
Spot inconsistencies, risks, and blind spots early
Operations & Exposure
Coordinate across functions without formal authority
Handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion
Sit in on leadership, fundraising, and strategy conversations
Time & Focus Protection
Help prioritize what matters and kill what doesn’t
Filter noise and manage communication flow
Learn when and how to say “no”
