As the Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team to ensure smooth operational execution, strategic coordination and internal communication across functions. You will act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, helping to monitor key business metrics, follow up on decisions, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and advance important projects with precision and initiative. In this role you will work in a dynamic fast- paced environment, where the cosmetic and personal care industry demands agility, cross- functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.

- Forecast and follow PO (purchase & sale)
- Interpret from Vietnamese- Japanese in a meeting with a client
- Other tasks assigned by GM and the company
- Manage & Prepare contract of (new account, termination)/LOA/Notice to DPL, MT, GT, Customers
- Monitor and report on promotional programs, display incentives, and shelf/booth rewards
- Collect and check A&, prepare payment monthly
- Support Sales & Marketing Projects and related tasks as assigned, and other requests from the Manager.
- Follow existing inventory (high inventory/low inventory/short expiry date...) to propose timely solutions.
- Assistant to the General Manager
- Translate the document from Vietnamese to English and Japanese.
- Handle and resolve issues related to the task in charge., Cross- functional collaboration to ensure accurate information flow
- Track and report daily, weekly, and yearly sales activity.
- Report to General Manager
- Prepare a report, document for the meeting in English
Yêu cầu công việc
【MUST】
- English (intermediate level)
- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Proficient in Excel (report), PowerPoint
- Have at least 5 years of Sales experience or Sales Assistant in FMCG
- Japanese (N2 intermediate level)

- Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill
- Japanese N1 level
- Strong in a high- pressure working environment
- Self- motivated, independent, and hard- working
