JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with the sales team to execute and closely follow key projects
Build B2B business strategies aligned with project- based sales
Allocate customers and markets; monitor and ensure team KPI/revenue targets are achieved
Report directly to the Board of Directors
Propose and directly participate in recruitment for the team; responsible for justifying hiring needs and evaluating personnel effectiveness
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with contractors, design consultants, investors, and project management units
Develop workflows, control operations, and manage team performance
Manage, train, and develop the Sales Engineer team
Identify and engage early in projects: gather information, shape direction, and get the company’s products/solutions/brands specified in design documents (spec- in)

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle: design, estimation, and construction
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technical project sales (B2B)
Strong existing network with contractors, design consultants, M&E, fire protection (FPP), water treatment, etc.
Ability to read and understand technical documents (basic English)
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and expand markets
Experience in managing a sales team is a strong advantage
Proactive, decisive, and accountable for team results
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills

PLUS POINTS

Previous experience working with technical equipment suppliers, industrial valves, or M&E companies
Experience in spec- in activities for projects
Strong network with the ability to access and open project opportunities quickly

Working hours:

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
