• Support employee engagement, development, and cross- team coordination.
• Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a collaborative workplace culture.

• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with creativity to adapt models to organizational needs.
• Strong knowledge in NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and optimization; proficient with modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills; fluent in English for collaboration with international partners.
• Experienced in developing and deploying AI solutions (especially Generative AI) and integrating them into products/services in production environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
