Professional Skills: Deep understanding of international quality standards, strong experience in documentation control systems, and hands- on experience working directly on production lines
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience as a QA Manager in the garment/apparel export industry
Languages: Proficiency in English (both verbal and technical) for reporting to the Board of Directors and communicating with international clients.
Attitude: Strict compliance with Clients QAM rules, international factory audit standards, and a high level of discipline in maintaining accurate and complete documentation
Mindset: Decisive, detail- oriented, and capable of quickly resolving quality and documentation- related issues within the production environment
