Our strategic partner is a Singaporean company specializing in producing high- quality chemical additives.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare periodic business performance updates for senior management.
Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients in the chemical sector (industrial applications, raw materials, additives, solvents, basic or specialty chemicals)
Monitor the market, analyze industry movements and competitor activities, and recommend suitable commercial actions
Work closely with internal stakeholders (technical support, procurement, logistics, finance/accounting) to ensure smooth processes in sales execution, delivery, and payment
Communicate and negotiate directly with partners, suppliers, or customers from China using Mandarin
Oversee contracts, pricing structure, discount terms, and customer receivables management
Develop and execute a business strategy for chemical- related products in line with the company’s direction
Lead and expand the sales team to achieve targets in revenue, market share, and customer coverage
Yêu cầu công việc
Able to work independently and perform well under sales pressure
At least 3 years of managerial experience in the chemical industry
Willingness to travel when required.
Strong understanding of chemical products and market dynamics
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Proven capabilities in team leadership, business planning, and negotiation
Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for work purposes
