Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
Prepare tenders, proposals, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Contribute to the development and execution of Sales & Marketing plans.
Report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and execute assigned initiatives.
Support advertising, collateral management, and marketing activities.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor competitors and analyze market trends to support sales strategy.
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, airlines, and government bodies.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and promotional events.
Organize client entertainment, familiarization trips, and site inspections.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills
