Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Quản trị kinh doanh.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Business Administration
Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ chuyên môn quốc tế: CPA, ACCA, CFA.
International professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly preferred
Am hiểu sâu chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS) và có khả năng triển khai IFRS là lợi thế chiến lược.
Profound understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and the capability to implement IFRS is considered a strategic advantage.
Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính- kế toán, trong đó 5 năm ở vị trí quản lý cấp cao.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm tại công ty bất động sản, chủ đầu tư dự án, công ty quản lý tài sản/tòa nhà, khách sạn- khu nghỉ dưỡng, hoặc tập đoàn đa ngành có dự án đầu tư lớn (8‑12 năm kinh nghiệm tài chính trong BĐS / quản lý tài sản)
Mandatory experience working for real estate companies, project developers, property/facility management companies, hospitality (hotels and resorts), or multi- industry conglomerates with large- scale investment projects (8‑12 years finance experience in real estate / asset management).
Ưu tiên từng làm kiểm toán Big4 hoặc quỹ đầu tư
Experience with audit firms or investment funds preferred

Proven track record of collaborating effectively with banks, financial institutions, investment funds, external auditors, and tax authorities.

Excellence in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Ability to lead finance and accounting teams, develop processes, and drive system transformations.
