UA Marketing (Junior) - Facebook Ads - Game

Take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for mobile games (especially puzzle/casual genres).
Continuously monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, and Retention.
Collaborate closely with the Creative team to test and optimize ad materials (video, static, playable, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices, especially for mobile game marketing.
Work with the Data team to analyze user data, forecast performance, and identify optimization opportunities by market and audience.

Proactive, responsible, and quick to adapt to changes in ad platforms.
Data- driven mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from dashboards.
A plus: experience with puzzle, casual, or hyper- casual game projects.
Skilled in A/B testing, campaign scaling, and optimizing CPI/ROAS.
Preferably experienced with global markets (US, EU, Tier- 1).
Strong understanding of UA funnels, tracking, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase…).
1–2 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for mobile games.
