Job Title: UI/UX Advisor- Senior/Expert Level (Top- Tier Market) (Full- time)

Position Overview:
As a top- tier UI/UX Advisor, you will play a crucial role in product design, usability optimization, and modern digital experience standards. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for design systems, strong strategic thinking combined with hands- on critique ability, who thrives in a fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insights on what leading e- commerce and omni- channel players are doing (global + regional).
- Recommend or help optimize a Design System for future scalability.
- Identify critical UX bottlenecks, design inconsistencies, and conversion- impacting issues.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Product, Content, and Tech teams to elevate design maturity. Guide the team in adopting data- driven UX practices, design trends, accessibility standards, and behavior- centered design principles.
- Ensure adherence to consistent design language across platforms. Evaluate UX decisions in sprint cycles and validate deliverables before development handoff.
- Conduct an expert- level review of the entire website/app interface and customer journey. Benchmark against top local and international best- in- class UX patterns—especially in omni- channel retail, e- commerce, and mobile- first experiences.
- Coach the team to shift from “making things look good” to “designing for outcomes”—improving conversion, usability, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct structured design critique sessions and provide actionable feedback.
- Propose transformation- level UI/UX upgrades that align with market- leading standards. Recommend scalable design solutions and modernization paths for layout, navigation, flows, and interaction design
Qualifications:
- 3- 5+ years in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design, including senior or lead roles.
- Ability to articulate design decisions at executive level.
- Proven experience advising leadership teams or guiding product strategy.- Strong command of UX heuristics, modern design standards, and data- backed decision- making.
- Experience with omni- channel retail, grocery e- commerce, or consumer platforms is a big plus
- Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a results- driven mindset
- Background in human- centered design, service design, CRO (conversion rate optimization), or accessibility.
- A growth mindset and willingness to experiment and learn from outcomes
- Strong portfolio featuring recognized brands, large- scale products, or high- traffic platforms.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high- quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to critique complex workflows and propose high- impact improvements.
- Experience with UX analytics tools and usability research methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
