UI/UX Design (Fresher)

Continuously stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and user experience best practices.
Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Contribute to maintaining and evolving our Design System and visual identity.
Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity designs.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure a consistent and coherent product experience.
Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications with attention to usability,naccessibility, and visual harmony.

Comfortable working independently with a sense of ownership, yet open to feedback and collaboration.
Portfolio (academic or personal projects) showcasing UI/UX work and design thinking process.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Proficient in Figma (Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale.
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, color, and typography.

Working hours: Monday – Friday at our Hanoi office.
