What You Will Get Out of This Position

As a UI/UX Designer at ITC, you’ll take ownership of crafting visually compelling and user- centric digital experiences across websites, apps, and WeChat Mini Programs. You’ll work closely with the Art Director to execute design directions with precision, while proactively solving design challenges and collaborating across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced, agile environment and can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities

UI Design (70%)

Translate creative direction into polished, high- fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms.
Work with developers to ensure pixel- perfect implementation and technical feasibility.
Conduct visual QA and support pre- launch quality control to ensure design accuracy.
Collaborate with Art Directors to maintain visual coherence and brand alignment.
Ensure design consistency and completeness by following up on all UI elements and interactions.
Create responsive layouts, design systems, and component libraries using Figma or similar tools.

UX Design (30%)

Benchmark against local and international UX standards, especially within the APAC digital ecosystem.
Create user flows, wireframes, and journey maps to guide intuitive navigation and user engagement.
Analyze feedback and data to iterate designs and improve user experience.
Support UX research efforts including stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and usability testing.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX design, Design Thinking, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in UI design for complex project with multiple workstreams
Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to guide design strategies.
Strong problem- solving skills and initiative.
Experience with WeChat Mini Programs and website development projects.
Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and client- facing interactions.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Familiarity with China’s digital ecosystem and platforms such as WeChat, Mini Programs, and Zalo.
Understanding of Chinese user behavior and cultural nuances in UX design.
